This is to confirm that all Mobile phones that we stock are NEW and NOT LOCKED.
We ship ONLY new phones
Also, all accessories shipped (with the phone or separately) are NEW and ORIGINAL.

This is to ascertain you that the quality of the products that we ship are of the highest quality - as released by the original Brand.

All phones carry a limited warranty and this warranty is included in the shipment. 
We strongly suggest that you keep the original box also the invoice and shipping documents. It will be much easier on you, if and when you have to ship the phone back to us, that you can pack it properly.
You should contact us -as per hereunder-before shipping anything to us. You will get a reference number under which goods should be shipped back.

Replies to the support form will be done within 48 hours from its receipt.
